Salary: £60,000 + Bonus 



Location: Biggleswade



An Excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Engineering Manager to work for a blue chip multi FMCG manufacturing company based near Biggleswade. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of 8-10 multi skilled engineers in a very fast paced production factory. The role will be 90% management and 10% hands on and the ideal candidate needs to have very strong man management and leadership skills.



Skills required for the Engineering Manager:



Man Management of 8-12 Multi Skilled Engineers

Planning and organizing engineering activities across the site 

Driven my Improvements, Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5s

Experience in managing Budgets 

Managing the Health and Safety on site

Either bias, with a technical background

Continuous improvements and Reliability focused
