The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Product Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, has a proven track record of growing and mentoring high-performing teams, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive deep into the codebase when needed.

As a leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our product, owning projects from concept to execution, and partnering closely with product and design. You’ll also have the opportunity to build and ship cutting-edge AI features that delight users and drive our business forward.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers while continuing to contribute as an individual contributor (IC) when needed

• Partner closely with Product and Design to drive project vision and execution

• Help define technical direction and ensure high engineering standards

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation

• Recruit, coach, and develop engineering talent to support our rapid growth

• Guide the development of AI-powered products from ideation through production

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth product development cycles

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of engineering management experience in fast-paced environments

• Strong individual contributor background—you can still jump in and build when necessary

• Track record of mentoring and developing engineering talent

• Experience working on AI/ML products, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment

• Proficient in TypeScript and Python

• Background as a founder or founding engineer is a strong plus

• Excellent communication skills and a bias toward action
