Skills required for the role of an Engineering Manager

* Leading, coach and inspire the automation and maintenance team on site.

* Assess, train and develop the existing team.

* Monitor and drive continuous improvement across the site and department.

* Identify the latest automation on the market to improve the site and processes.

* Cover performance management, oversee absence, H&S and grievances.

* Monitor and Drive team performance through KPI’s
