Engineering Manager - Biotechnology - Copenhagen - 12-Month ContractOur client, a global CDMO in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is recruiting for an Engineering Manager to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming Nordic location, this on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics. Responsibilities:Link between site activities and FDBD engineering support organisationSupport the Construction Manager on construction activities to ensure schedule and timelines are metEnsures on-time project deliverablesPrepare present project status & targetsEnsures deliverables meet all quality & compliance standardsAligns expectations and agrees workflows for deliverables within the field of engineeringTechnical Scope managementEngineering Quality and Internal ReviewsEnsuring that project schedules conform to the Change Control Process, in terms of liaison, communication and calculation of change notes and change order Experience/Skills:Solid technical background and experience10 years minimum experience in brown field projectsPharma experienceSelf-drivenAn eye for detailsAdaptableLooking for solutions instead of problemsApproach of ‘First thing first’B.Sc / M.Sc. in Electrical / Instrumentation or Mechanical EngineeringProject Management certifications is considered an advantageIf this role is of interest to you, please apply now!
