Engineering Manager

We are excited to be looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to help achieve our mission of not only providing the best physical veterinary care in Europe, but also being the most advanced digital veterinary group. Responsibilties If you're a seasoned Engineering Manager with a proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams, then we want to hear from you. A strong technical background with development experience is essential, along with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Your ability to build trust and motivate team members will be key, as will your experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred). Familiarity with .NET, React, and Azure serverless environment is also a plus. You will be leading a team of 5-8 talented engineers, including a Quality Engineer driving their development in order to enhance our customer experience and improve core systems, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment where continuous improvement is a constant pursuit.
