 This hands-on leadership role drives capital projects, improves equipment reliability, oversees maintenance programs, and supports plant growth while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering, maintenance, and facilities teams to support safe and efficient plant operations.
• Manage capital (CAPEX) projects from planning through implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs, CMMS, work order systems, spare parts inventory, and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Develop engineering solutions that improve production, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and other departments on equipment installations, facility improvements, and manufacturing projects.
• Manage department budgets, contractors, and third-party vendors.
• Lead equipment startups, commissioning, qualifications (IQ/OQ), troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Hire, coach, develop, and evaluate engineering and maintenance team members.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
