• On-Site
• 8:00 AM - 5:00PM
• Monday - Friday

What you will do:

• Oversee engineering and maintenance teams to ensure consistent equipment performance and reliability
• Promote regulatory compliance, safety, and a culture of continuous improvement
• Manage capital projects, budgets (approx. $5.5M), and contractor relationships
• Apply predictive and preventive maintenance methods to reduce downtime
• Lead innovation efforts through emerging technologies and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in maintenance and engineering
• Proven success in driving operational improvements and managing capital projects
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and change management abilities
• Skilled in Six Sigma, Lean, or related continuous improvement methodologies
