This company specializes in optimizing asset performance across various sectors, including water industry and industrial facilities. We are looking for a dedicated Site Services Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Day-to-day of the role:
\n
- \n
- Responsible for the removal, installation, dismantling, rebuild, and refurbishment of plant and assets such as pumps, gearboxes, motors, and generators.
- Ensure all onsite inspection and assembly documentation are completed accurately.
- Adhere to company, site, and client health and safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe working culture.
- Conduct root cause and fault-finding analysis on electro-mechanical equipment and systems, documenting findings and corrective actions.
- Undertake on-site maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment when feasible.
- Manage the dismantling and removal of equipment for offsite repair and conduct re-installation and commissioning post-repair.
- Provide routine service and maintenance on client sites and attend breakdowns as required.
- Work in the company’s workshops as business needs dictate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- Mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications such as ONC, HNC, NVQ.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar field-based role.
- Flexible approach to working hours to meet the company’s reactive nature.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Desirable: Knowledge of water process equipment, confined space qualification, and various industry-related certifications like Thames Water Passport, CSCS, or CCNSG.
