The Engineering Integration Manager will be responsible for overseeing the integration of electrical, mechanical, and software engineering components into cohesive EV charging solutions. This role requires a highly organized technical leader who can manage cross-functional engineering teams, drive product validation, and ensure seamless collaboration from concept through production.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional integration of electrical, mechanical, and software systems for EV charger development.
  • Manage engineering project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to meet customer and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with design, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure smooth hand-off from prototype to production.
  • Oversee testing, validation, and certification of integrated systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks during development and integration phases.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams and executive leadership to provide progress updates, resource needs, and technical insights.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering disciplines.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field (Masters ).
  • 7+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or integration management role.
  • Strong knowledge of power electronics, embedded systems, and electrical/mechanical integration.
  • Experience with EV charging systems, renewable energy systems, or high-power electrical devices .
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and manage complex technical projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
