Your role as an Engineering Information Management (EIM) Practice Director

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of engineering and the construction industry, whether through experience or education
- Experience shaping and providing consulting and managed services
- 10 years of experience with project management, change management, and team management
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, identifying and shaping business opportunities, creating budgets, and developing and executing against strategies
- Takes the initiative to learn and grow in our evolving profession
- Up to 20% travel
