Job Title: Engineering Geologist\n\nLocation: Leeds\n\nSalary: £29,000 - £35,000\n\nPermanent, Full time – with flexible working\n\nThe Role:\n\nI am currently on the lookout for Junior and Main Grade Engineering Geologists, to join a well-established, award-winning geo-environmental consultancy based in Leeds. This is a varied position combining site work, technical reporting and client liaising and offers on-going internal and external training and support.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Relevant degree: Geology, Geotechnical, or another related discipline\n\n * Experience in ground investigation\n\n * Strong understanding of geotechnical principles and reporting\n\n * Full UK driving license\n\n * Excellent communication skills\n\n * Ability to work onsite/in the office 5 days a week\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Logging soil and rock to relevant standards (BS5930)\n\n * Supporting project delivery from tender stage to completion\n\n * Client liaison\n\n * Preparing factual & interpretative reports\n\n * Site supervision\n\nThis Role Comes With:\n\n * Salary: £29,000 £35,000 (experience dependant)\n\n * Biannual bonus at 10% - 1 every 6 months\n\n * Guaranteed route/support to chartership\n\n * 26 days' holiday, plus bank holidays\n\n * 50/50 site and office working\n\n * 7% pension contribution\n\n * Flexible working\n\n * Free car parking
