Engineering - Event Coordinator: ( Advanced mobility, energy systems, and vehicle testing

The Event Coordinator will plan, organize, and execute technical meetings, demonstrations, workshops, and stakeholder events. This role requires close coordination with engineering teams, industry partners, vendors, and internal staff to ensure smooth logistics, clear communication, and a professional experience for all participants. The coordinator will manage scheduling, facilities, AV/media setup, registration, and on-site support for events focused on advanced mobility, energy systems, and vehicle testing.

Bachelors Degree plus 3- 4 yrs. experience
