This is a permanent opportunity to bring your technical skills to life in a dynamic, hands-on environment where innovation meets precision.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\nReporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you'll be at the heart of the design and production process — translating ideas into reality and shaping the future of manufacturing. This is more than just a desk job: you'll collaborate with both office and shop floor teams, gaining valuable insight into real-world production while driving continuous improvement.\n\nYour mission:\n\n * Create detailed manufacturing and customer submission drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD\n\n * Revise and update existing technical drawings with precision\n\n * Perform essential engineering calculations to support design accuracy\n\n * Manage engineering change orders and documentation\n\n * Generate CNC programming data using Radan software\n\n * Maintain and update BOM/RPO data via Navision\n\n * Uphold quality and safety standards across all projects\n\n * Take on additional tasks that support the engineering team and business goals\n\nWhat You Bring\n\nWe’re looking for someone who’s not just technically skilled, but also curious, collaborative, and eager to grow.\n\nSkills & Competencies:\n\n * Confident with Microsoft Office tools\n\n * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (essential)\n\n * Experience with CNC programming using Radan ()\n\n * Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive team player\n\nQualifications & Experience:\n\n * HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering ()\n\n * SolidWorks certification is a plus\n\nWhy This Role Stands Out\n\n * Work closely with cross-functional teams and see your designs come to life\n\n * Be part of a company that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement\n\n * Develop your skills in a supportive environment with real career progression\n\nIf you're a CAD-savvy engineer with a passion for manufacturing and a drive to make an impact, we want to hear from you.
