Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? This opportunity is for an Electrical Engineering Discipline Director to lead a high-performing, future-focused team designing innovative, high-performance buildings in a wide variety of market sectors.
As the Electrical Engineering Discipline Director, you will lead, mentor, and manage the electrical engineering team while driving client relationship management. You will promote and maintain a positive, collaborative team culture, ensuring the team thrives in a supportive and innovative environment. Your responsibilities include managing project staffing, schedules, and resource allocation, as well as overseeing the design of lighting and controls, power, and low-voltage systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- 10+ years of experience in the building design and construction industry.
- Knowledge of low voltage, electrical codes, concepts, and design practices.
- Professional Engineering licensure in Minnesota, or ability to obtain licensure in Minnesota.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.
