International Precast, Inc and International Vault Inc.

We are a manufacturer of precast concrete and security products located in Siler City, NC. Our main offices are in proximity of Greensboro, Burlington, Asheboro, Pittsboro, and Chapel Hill. We have been in business for over 40 years. We work with General Contractors, and Architects to estimate, design, manufacture, ship, and install products around the world.

Job Description Project Designer:
The project designer is responsible for communicating with salesmen, engineers, and architects to produce and maintain technical job requirements and details.

What You Will Do:
Communicate with sales to produce job requirements
Produce solid models, blueprints, and shop tickets based on job requirements
Produce and maintain bill of material lists
Communicate with professional engineers to get job plans approved and stamped
Communicate with factory workers to manufacture products

What We Are Looking For
Associates degree in engineering, drafting, CAD, or other applicable degree program
Someone hardworking, detail oriented, and precise
Proficiency in reading and making engineering prints
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
Proficiency in Excel
Strong technical communication skills (written, visual, and verbal)

Skills/Experience
Certifications in AutoCAD or Autodesk Inventor
Bachelors degree in mechanical, aerospace, or civil engineering
Experience in design, manufacturing, or engineering
Experience in precast concrete
Experience in coding (python or visual basic)

Compensation:
Position Type: Salaried
Salary Range: 40k 80k
2 weeks PTO
