Engineering Job Description Overview: Our 13-week paid summer that combines practical work with structured learning. You’ll work on real projects with our engineering team and support functions, gaining invaluable experience in the manufacturing industry and expanding your professional network. Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Industrial or Mechanical Engineering to be part of our Engineering team. In this role, you will be involved in various engineering projects, working closely with seasoned engineers to gain hands-on experience in the field. Essential Job Functions:

• Assist Engineers in executing industrial or mechanical engineering projects

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

• Prepare reports and presentations on project development and outcomes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Solid Works, and AutoCAD

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Attention to detail and organizational skills
