Job Description

This Engineering Aide role is a lab support position for engineers. The person helps engineers by doing hands-on tasks in the lab, such as building wiring harnesses, setting up environmental tests (temperature, vibration, pressure), assembling or disassembling parts, and recording test results.

They also read schematics/diagrams, follow test plans, document results in Excel/Word, and help investigate failed components. The goal is to free up engineers from routine lab work so they can focus on design and development.

In short: a hands-on lab technician who supports engineers with testing, wiring, fabrication, and documentation.
