We are now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented TCS Administrator to join our team in Northampton.\n\nRole Overview\n\nThe TCS Administrator will play a key role in supporting the efficiency and accuracy of our Transactional Customer Service (TCS) operations.
This position ensures data integrity, smooth order processing, effective communication with internal teams, and high-quality service to our customers.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an organised, analytical, and customer-focused individual looking to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Process customer orders accurately and within agreed service levels.\n\n * \n\n Maintain and update customer records, pricing data, and product information within internal systems.\n\n * \n\n Monitor open orders, shipments, and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.\n\n * \n\n Support issue resolution by liaising with logistics, sales, supply chain, and customer service teams.\n\n * \n\n Generate reports, dashboards, and performance metrics as required.\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and quality standards.\n\n * \n\n Assist with system changes, testing, and process improvements related to TCS operations.\n\n * \n\n Provide administrative support to the wider TCS and Customer Service teams.\n\n * \n\n Handle customer queries professionally via phone and email when required.\n\nSkills & Experience\n\nEssential:\n\n * \n\n Strong administrative or customer service background.\n\n * \n\n Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.\n\n * \n\n Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).\n\n * \n\n Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\n\n * \n\n Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.\n\nDesirable:\n\n * \n\n Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).\n\n * \n\n Previous experience in supply chain, order management, or B2B support.\n\n * \n\n Understanding of logistics or distribution processes.\n\nWorking Arrangements\n\n * \n\n Training Period: 5 days per week in the Northampton office for onboarding and training.\n\n * \n\n Post-training: Hybrid working model (office + remote), subject to performance and team requirements
