Engineering Administrator
1st Shift / M-F / 8am - 5pm

PrideStaff is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Engineering Administrator to join our team in Greenville, SC. This role is a vital support function for our engineering department, ensuring that our projects successfully move through the customer qualification process.
You will be the key player in managing and uploading critical documents and reports into our customers' online portals. Your primary goal will be to ensure all required documentation is accurately submitted on time, allowing our engineers to focus on their core work.
Engineering Administrator Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage, upload, and track a variety of engineering reports and documentation, including MPP (Material and Process Plan), FPQ (First Piece Qualification), and PPQ (Production Part Qualification).
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and correctly formatted for submission into various customer portals.
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to gather necessary reports, data, and information for each project.
- Maintain a highly organized digital filing system for all project documentation.
- Monitor submission deadlines and communicate proactively to ensure all requirements are met on schedule.
- Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for project qualification documentation.
Engineering Administrator Required Skills and Experience include:
- 3 or more years of proven experience in an administrative lead, or office manager, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
- Strong proficiency with online portals, databases, and general office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
