Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Repair and Renovation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing project development support for sustainment and repair issues at 81st RD facilities in alignment with Army Reserve and 81st RD guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Performance Work Statements (PWS) for facility repair and renovation projects in accordance with applicable Army Reserve and 81st RD standards.
  
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  
• Use RS Means (highly ) to support project development and cost estimation.
  
• Utilize AutoCAD or MS Visio to generate technical drawings and graphics for project plans.
  
• Perform field surveys and verify drawings against existing site conditions.
  
• Ensure effective communication of project details, requirements, and timelines with stakeholders.
  
• Conduct project-related travel (up to 20%) to perform field surveys and assess project sites.
  
• Maintain organization and time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  
• Work independently with minimal supervision and assistance.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities repair and renovation.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departments.
  

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of RS Means for project cost estimation (highly ).
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or MS Visio to create and modify drawings.
  
• Experience performing field surveys and assessments.
