Engineer - Planning

Role Liable for production-planning supervision, scheduling for production and preparing production schedules Responsible for planning and scheduling workflow for each department and operation according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times Analyze and interpret bills of material, scopes, specifications, etc. to determine the content & plan manageable work elements Schedule, expedite & co-ordinate the delivery & movement of critical material including material transfers & conditional material releases Accountable for preparing production reports Liable for billing of completed lots and load balancing at shop floor Responsible for advance action for upcoming months plan Experience & Competences Preference – cable Industry, if not then Electrical Industry Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative. Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision. Fast worker with ability to work well under stress. Basic daily updates of the metal industry Excellent MS excel knowledge / computer literacy Commercial acumen Effective coordination skills Good Interpersonal Skills Good Time management skills
