Job Overview
Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking an Engineer Assistant to support Technical Service Engineers and Business Development operations through administrative, coordination, and entry-level technical support. This role assists with documentation, logistics coordination, and basic technical tasks related to equipment setup and service activities. This is an ideal position for candidates early in their engineering or technical career looking to gain hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Technical Service Engineers with equipment setup, installation support, and basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate logistics for equipment, parts, and materials (shipping, receiving, tracking)
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, reports, and technical documentation
- Support preparation of work orders, service reports, and internal documentation
- Assist in tracking inventory, tools, and equipment usage
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and customers
- Provide administrative and operational support to Business Development and Engineering teams
- Support data entry, reporting, and documentation within internal systems
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or related discipline (or in progress)
- 0–2 years of experience in technical support, engineering support, or administrative role
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Qualifications
- or exposure to semiconductor, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- Mandarin or Spanish skills a plus
- Experience supporting field service or technical teams
Work Environment
- Primarily office-based with occasional site exposure
