The company is seeking highly motivated and talented graduating engineers to join our team as we work to ensure America has the abundant clean power needed to fortify its place as the world's top economy.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior engineers in the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project goals.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
  • Perform calculations and simulations as required.
  • Assist in the troubleshooting and problem-solving of technical issues.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Complete assigned tasks within established timelines.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
  • Innovate to improve company and project performance.

Experience

  • Recent graduate or graduating senior with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Computer Engineering.
  • Strong academic record. Work experience including internships and co-ops is valued.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), programming (i.e.. Python), 3D modeling/simulation software, ANSYS ).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.

Estimated Starting Salary Range
The estimated starting salary for this role is $80,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company's discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
