Responsibilities:
Execute and oversee operational processes supporting participation in ERCOT and other U.S. energy markets.
Ensure the prompt and accurate delivery of capacity, demand response, ancillary services, and other Distributed Energy Resources (DER) products.
Assist with onboarding new customers and partners to Luxors offerings.
Provide operational support and troubleshooting for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with market regulations and internal standards.
Review and analyze energy bills and charges, including Transmission and Distribution fees, to aid in cost management and reporting.
Develop, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards tracking energy usage, costs, revenues, operational metrics, and optimization efforts.
Identify opportunities to automate and improve operational workflows for increased efficiency.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, SQL, BI platforms; Python experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
