ENERGY ENGINEER

The Opportunity:

INTRODUCTION

Company culture is one to be proud of. Employees have indicated that the learning opportunity, exposure to our sophisticated clients, and methods provides engineers a terrific opportunity. We are a flat organization which provides early career engineers a huge opportunity to work with experts at all levels.

Our engineers conduct energy audits, perform energy data mining, data and financial analysis, create energy models, and develop strategies and recommendations to help large industrial and commercial facilities achieve sustainability goals through energy efficiency. You will work individually and with a team to achieve project milestones, create high quality deliverables, and enhance our analytic toolsets that provide value to our customers. We are considering candidates who are located in the Midwest and more specifically

Cincinnati, Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus, or Minneapolis. You will need to come into the office in Cincinnati to learn our methods but will be visiting clients onsite regularly.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

The Company has multiple positions at varying levels of responsibility open for resourceful Energy Engineer Champions to serve our customers.

Energy Engineers with 5-7 years experience in corporate energy planning, manufacturing engineering, industrial control, or related areas to meet the growing demand for its unique and results-oriented approach to Strategic Energy Management (SEM). Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Facilities) and Masters .

Energy Engineer with Masters Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or a related field of study with 2+ years of relevant job experience OR a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 4+ years of engineering experience.

Our engineers combine on-site engineering, data mining, modeling, and analytics to develop long-term energy plans with our Fortune 500 industrial and commercial customers. We will provide training in our proprietary data mining and analysis methodology.

The position requires a hands-on understanding of the components driving energy usage, and the ability to integrate engineering with data mining and analysis. The successful Engineer will collaborate with the client to obtain the data and build out an effective, long term Strategic Energy Management (SEM) plan considering cost benefits, sustainability, and changing client needs. Our proprietary methods provide fact-based, predictive tools to minimize uncertainty in the energy plans.

The Challenge:

As an Energy Engineer, your challenge is to understand the opportunities and help overcome hurdles for energy management that companies in the commercial and industrial sectors encounter by partnering with site energy teams.

Energy Engineers are the main client-facing team member and are crucial for project execution. You will use sound engineering principles and

our

proprietary data mining toolset to process and mine data about energy intensive systems and to uncover opportunities for savings. As quality and accuracy are vital, we rely on you to ensure our energy data mining techniques, manufacturing analysis, and modeling approaches are effective and reliable.

We aim to combine the talent and capabilities Energy Engineers bring with the intellectual capital to solve clients energy challenges and build long term client relations.
