Energy Advisor – Hunter Sales | Uncapped Earnings

Tradition Energy, the nation’s largest independent energy risk management and procurement consultant, is hiring experienced Energy Advisors with a hunter mentality and proven success in deregulated markets.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and grow your book of business (1M+ kWh / 20K+ decs)

• Manage the full sales cycle: prospect → close → retain

• Deliver procurement & sustainability solutions to commercial, industrial, and government clients

• Leverage industry-leading back-office and operations support

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in energy procurement or B2B energy sales

• Verifiable track record of closing deals and growing revenue

• Network of energy buyers & decision-makers

• Resilient, self-driven hunter mindset
