End User Support Engineer
At CMC Markets our End User Support team delivers exceptional internal IT service across our global business. Were looking for a proactive and customer-focused End User Support Specialist to join us in Dubai.
In this varied role youll provide 1st and 2nd line support to colleagues across desktop laptop and mobile devices managing requests via chat email phone and face-to-face. Youll also support AV and video conferencing handle onboarding and offboarding and work closely with teams in London and Sydney to maintain our high service standards.
What youll bring:

Strong knowledge of Windows environments Exchange and MS Teams

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

A genuine passion for technology and customer service
Nice to have:

Experience in ITIL or multi-tiered support environments

Knowledge of modern AV or Mac (JAMF) support
