Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Employer Project Manager to ensure that both our partner solutions and HGAN’s core products run smoothly, efficiently, and with measurable impact.
This is not a technology project management role though it does benefit from proven capabilities with Google sheets, charts and pivot tables, CRM tools and others in service of excellent project management, insights and data analytics. The project management relates to being exceptional at the fundamentals of project leadership: workback planning, prioritization, agendas, follow-through, and clear communication that helps the team stay aligned and ensures insights from our employer advisors and network are integrated into the work of partner solutions.
This role sits at the center of HGAN’s work: supporting Relationship Managers in their partnerships with innovative healthcare companies, while also driving the planning, execution, and tracking of HGAN’s internal and external programs.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, balances multiple priorities gracefully, and is motivated by helping innovative healthcare solutions succeed while strengthening the broader healthcare ecosystem.

-
Develop and manage detailed workback schedules to ensure on-time delivery of HGAN initiatives.
-
Assist with preparation for business reviews, advisor forums, and other recurring programs.
-
Identify opportunities to strengthen how advisors’ feedback is captured, synthesized, and shared across products and with partner solutions.
Operational Coordination & Communication
-
Provide proactive updates that keep leaders and stakeholders aligned.
-
Anticipate bottlenecks and propose solutions to keep work moving forward.
-
Ensure project information is organized, accurate, and easily accessible to the team.
-
Contribute to process improvements and build tools/templates to make the team more effective.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in project management, operations, client/partner success, or program coordination (healthcare or benefits experience a plus).
-
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail.
-
Strong skills in agenda-setting, workback planning, prioritization, and follow-through.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex discussions into clear action items.

-
Interest in the healthcare innovation landscape, particularly employer benefits and digital health solutions.
