EMEA Project Manager Location: Borehamwood (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Contract Type: 12-Month FTC OR Day Rate Contractor

Compensation: £80,000 – £120,000 equivalent (day rate )



About the Role: We are seeking a Head of Market Transformation Programme Lead – EMEA & RoW to play a pivotal role during a period of rapid growth and operational change. This is a high-impact role designed to support and deliver major strategic initiatives across the region, with a strong focus on direct-to-consumer (DTC) acceleration, new market entry, and operational excellence.



Reporting directly to the GM, this role has significant visibility with the Senior Leadership Team and Board. While fixed-term (12 months), the expectation is for rapid results – you’ll need to hit the ground running and deliver scalable processes that enable long-term growth.



Key Responsibilities: DTC Expansion & Market Entry



Lead end-to-end launch and optimisation of Shopify-based DTC websites across multiple markets.



Oversee localisation, regulatory readiness, and in-market 3PL partner setup.



Own and manage risk logs covering compliance, CX, and operational readiness.



Channel Expansion



Support GM with market expansion and transitions, ensuring continuity and alignment with commercial strategy.



Manage the roadmap for onboarding new e-tailers, ensuring seamless operational and commercial integration.



Operational & Process Transformation



Diagnose inefficiencies across digital, supply chain, forecasting, and market operations.



Implement streamlined processes and tools to improve scalability and efficiency.



Partner with Finance, Ops, and Commercial teams to build robust forecasting and reporting models.



Cross-Functional Programme Leadership



Lead multi-workstream transformation projects using Asana.



Deliver against milestones, budgets, and KPIs with full transparency and governance.



Build business cases and secure stakeholder alignment across functions and geographies.



Capability & Change Management



Create scalable playbooks and documentation for market entry and DTC operations.



Coach teams to embed agile, cross-functional ways of working.



Success Measures (KPIs)️ Timely launch of new DTC websites across target markets.

️ Fully operational 3PL partnerships meeting SLAs (cost, lead times, CX).

️ Zero downtime or disruption during transitions.

️ Efficiency gains through reduced manual processes and stronger data flow.

️ Successful onboarding of new partners and channels.



About YouWe’re looking for a commercially astute, hands-on leader who can operate at both strategic and executional levels:



10 years’ experience in transformation delivery and programme/project management, ideally in beauty, retail e-commerce, consumer goods, or tech.



Proven track record in multi-country programme delivery with complex regulatory, operational, and commercial interdependencies.



Experience launching Shopify (or equivalent) DTC platforms and setting up 3PL operations.



Strong change leadership and stakeholder management skills across functions and regions.



Skilled at building business cases and using data to drive decision-making.



Digitally savvy; knowledge of ERP, eCommerce tech stacks, and localisation best practices.



Familiar with project management tools (Asana ).



Culturally aware across Europe, Australia, and Eastern Europe.



Interview Process
