Responsibilities:
Assist with elevator installations
Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and building codes
Support site prep, equipment setup, and safety procedures
Learn technical skills alongside licensed mechanics
Maintain professional communication on job sites

Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Mechanical/electrical aptitude (construction experience a plus)
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
