This hands-on role offers training from experienced professionals while contributing to meaningful accessibility projects.Responsibilities:Assist with elevator installationsRead blueprints, wiring diagrams, and building codesSupport site prep, equipment setup, and safety proceduresLearn technical skills alongside licensed mechanicsMaintain professional communication on job sites
Qualifications:Strong work ethic and willingness to learnMechanical/electrical aptitude (construction experience a plus)Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spacesValid driver’s license and reliable transportationFocus on safety and teamwork
