Electronics Maintenance Technician

We’re seeking an experienced Electronics Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to keep production running smoothly. You’ll also support preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, and team training to ensure safety and efficiency across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair machines, controls, and test equipment
- Build and maintain electromechanical systems and testing tools
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Install, start up, and shut down equipment following OSHA standards
- Recommend improvements for safety, efficiency, and cost savings
- Perform and document preventive maintenance
- Train and support other maintenance team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Able to diagnose down to the component level
- Experience working with high voltage
- Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial electrical systems (480V 3-phase)
- Ability to work overtime and in various environments (tight spaces, overhead, under machines)
- Safety-focused approach
- Associate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology
- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing settings
