Are you an Electrician/Electrical Engineer or similar with a level 3 qualification looking to take a step away from the tools and in a role that will help to guide the next of new recruits for the Ministry of Defence.

In this role, the successful Electronics/Electrical Technical Instructor would be responsible for delivering general electrical training course modules in support of

The ideal Electronics/Electrical Technical Instructor would have a minimum of 5 years on the tools experience as well as a minimum of an NVQ 3 or similar. Have a full UK driving license and happy to travel to sites across the UK.

The Role:

- To prepare and deliver instruction on course modules in support of the training pipeline including lesson planning, training aids, workbooks, and student handouts.
- To create and prepare relevant teaching and learning materials, utilising modern learning technologies, including the use of Technology Enhanced Learning.
- Assist with the technical administration of training, course design processes, teaching and learning materials and equipment.
- Maintain a Continuous Personal Development (CPD) portfolio in respect of SQEP, innovative technologies and equipment, future training commitments and personal development requirements.
- Ensuring lesson plans and training sessions are developed in accordance with the approved Learner Specifications, Course specifications and Course Training Plans.
- Review course material and content ensuring it is current and evolves to support equipment and technology advances, using the most appropriate training aids.
