Position Overview 
As an Electronics Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the assembly of our advanced, personally authenticated firearms. You’ll work hands-on with high-quality components, contributing to a finished product that prioritizes safety and innovation. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assemble firearm components with precision and care to meet quality standards. 

  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure parts are free of defects. 

  • Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols. 

  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes. 

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area. 

  • Always Work safely, following specific safety processes and procedures 

  • Perform additional duties as requested. 

Qualifications 

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Required: Fine motor skills and attention to detail. 
  • Required: Clean criminal record (no felony charges). 
  • Required:  Ability to pass Drug Screen.
  • : Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing roles. 

Work Environment 

  • Fast-paced manufacturing facility. 
  • Requires standing for extended periods.


Schedule 

  • Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (10-hour shift). Hours may vary based on business needs 

Compensation and Benefits 

  • Starting wage: $18/hour.
