Electronic Test Technician (or Engineer)
We’re looking for a hands-on Electronic Test Technician (or Engineer) to take full ownership of a critical testing environment supporting production and product performance. This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage, improve, and scale a large portfolio of test fixtures, demo units, and golden samples—playing a direct role in product quality and manufacturing success.

What You’ll Do
- Design, build, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic test fixtures, demo boxes, and golden samples
- Diagnose and repair existing fixtures to ensure uptime and reliability
- Develop schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs
- Support test automation efforts using C/C++
- Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality to validate and improve test processes
- Maintain organized documentation, revision control, and inventory tracking within ERP systems
- Train internal teams and provide occasional customer-facing support
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in electronics, test, or manufacturing
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Strong mechanical aptitude—comfortable building and repairing fixtures
- Experience debugging circuits and electronic assemblies
- Basic C/C++ programming experience (or willingness to learn if strong otherwise)
Nice to Have
- Microcontroller experience (Arduino, PIC, ARM, etc.)
- Familiarity with communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, USB, GPIO)
- Experience with CAD/schematic tools (Altium, KiCad, Eagle)
- Exposure to display technologies (LCD, OLED, TFT)

Details
- Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000
- Schedule: On-site, Monday–Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm
