Overview

We are looking for an Electronics Engineer with at least one year of commercial experience to join our team in Worcester. This is an onsite role, offering the opportunity to work hands-on with electronic systems from design through to testing and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test electronic circuits and systems
• Support the development of new products and the improvement of existing designs
• Work with schematic capture and PCB layout (review and support)
• Fault-find, debug and resolve hardware issues
• Collaborate with mechanical, firmware and manufacturing teams
• Produce and maintain technical documentation
• Assist with prototype builds, validation and testing activities

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience as an Electronics Engineer (or similar role)
• Solid understanding of analogue and digital electronics
• Experience reading and creating schematics
• Hands-on experience with testing equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)
• Ability to diagnose and repair electronic faults
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Desirable Skills

• PCB design experience (e.g. Altium, Eagle, KiCad)
• Basic embedded or firmware knowledge
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and compliance
