What You’ll Do

• Design a mixture of digital and analogue circuitry for cutting-edge medical devices.
• Create flex-rigid PCBAs to maximise functionality in space-constrained devices.
• Optimise designs for usability and battery efficiency, ensuring long-lasting performance for users.
• Develop innovative electronic designs using Altium or similar ECAD tools.
• Translate user needs into robust technical solutions.
• Drive verification and validation activities to ensure safety and compliance.
• Lead technical reviews and champion best practices.
• Support production and sustain legacy products while managing component obsolescence.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and EMC standards.
• Explore emerging technologies and integrate them into our roadmap.
• Build strong partnerships with suppliers for quality and timely delivery.
• Contribute to Hazard Analysis and DFMEA for electronics.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in electronics design engineering.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Altium or similar ECAD tools
• Schematic design, DFM/DFT
• PCBA debug, test, and integration
• EMC countermeasures/testing
• NPI and product sustaining
• Knowledge of global quality/regulatory standards and risk management.
• Ability to design complex, real-time processor-controlled architectures.
• A natural collaborator who builds trust and inspires confidence.
