What You’ll Do

• Support production and quality teams with assembly, testing, and documentation.

• Perform basic soldering and technical rework of electronic components.

• Build and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) for new and existing products.

• Research and source replacement electronic parts.

• Maintain accuracy and quality across all production tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma required; Associate’s Degree in Engineering Technology .

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electronics, manufacturing, or QC.

• Basic knowledge of soldering, assembly, and electronics.

• Strong computer and math skills; detail-oriented and organized.

• Eager to learn and advance toward engineering-level responsibilities.
