What you’ll do

  • Service, test, and install equipment per schedule, customer specs, and company standards—then troubleshoot and resolve issues on location.
  • Leverage knowledge of products and services and pursue additional training as appropriate.
  • Work with ESDS items and adhere to the ESD program.
  • Complete legible, accurate documentation of work performed and submit on time.
  • Coordinate with management and customers to schedule installs, repairs, and service efficiently.
  • Keep your company vehicle in excellent condition and plan routine maintenance.
  • Build strong field relationships to deliver excellent customer service and strengthen the company’s image.
  • File weekly (or as required) expense reports.
  • Read and understand customer instructions and specifications.
  • Collect and transport all required tools and equipment to each job.

What you’ll bring

  • Trustworthy, responsible, self-starting mindset—comfortable working solo after training.
  • Clean driving record; you’ll be operating a company truck.
  • Electrical training or familiarity with switchgear or drives is a plus.
  • Proficiency in motor replacement, repair, and maintenance.

Pay, schedule, and travel

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)

Hours can vary by site—some days start at 7a, others may finish around 6p. Expect a high chance of overtime, occasional weekends, and some travel.

Background check

They will need a clean background check, some of our customers won’t let techs onsite without have a clean background check on file.
