About Our Company - NovaCentrix is the global leader in photonic curing processing equipment, electrically conductive inks, and nanomaterials for enabling advanced printed electronics applications. Seeking integration partners and customers for our patented PulseForge® photonic curing tools, Metalon® and PChem conductive inks, nano powders, and SimPulse numerical photonic curing simulation.
Your Opportunity - Using your attention to detail and skills in equipment operation and maintenance, you will set up, operate, and maintain equipment that uses NovaCentrix's patented synthesis technology to produce metal and metal oxide nano powders in varying sizes and quantities
Responsibilities:
- Operate the reactor systems
- Change inductor, resistor, and capacitor bank setups as per recipe values
- Maintain the level of gases and gas panels associated with reactor conditions
- Add new compressed gas cylinders to panels when necessary
- Maintain, repair, and replace flow meters, regulators, vacuum pumps, and motors
- Data entry of powder yields, quantity of rods used
- Analyze data for trend conditions that affect reactor output and efficiency.
- Prepping, shipping, and receiving of powders and lab supplies
- BET testing to determine powder particle size
- Prepping silver rods on a mini lathe for reactor feedstock usage
- Work independently toward assigned goals in a busy, multitasking environment with strong attention to detail and good communication skills
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in hands-on technical equipment maintenance and repair
- Strong experience with electrical and/or mechanical systems, including compressors and gas/vacuum systems
- Experience working with chemicals or in a hazardous environment
- General competence with standard Microsoft software
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Experience in a machine shop is a plus
- An Associate's Degree in Electronics or equivalent is
- Full-time, long-term employee with good attendance is a must
