FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Up to $40 / HR
Substantial Overtime Available
Chicago, IL
We seek the Hands-On experienced Technician with at least one year working in maintaining and troubleshooting various material handling or other electro-mechanical industrial equipment. This position requires inspection of mechanical components, such as chains, sprockets, bearings and shafts – change and rebuild hydraulic components, from hoses to valves or pumps to motors, as well as, controls and other various electro- mechanical devices. Workweek requires travel but you will be home every weekend.
We provide a very Comprehensive Training Program, but hope that your experience would include working as an Electro-Mechanical Technician or similar hands-on employment. While our equipment addresses metal cutting, storage, and material handling, your experience should include dealing with industrial equipment, using and operating hand and power tools. We will train you on our system. Communication with peers, as well as, customers is definitely a plus.
