Job DescriptionJob Description
Learn & use Fishbowl Inventory to track WO's and pick parts
Learn & use the CableEye cable tester
Use Balanceworx internal test processes
Tear down, evaluate, and rebuild customers assemblies
Manufacture new assemblies both electrical and mechanical
Help drive continuous process /documentation improvements once fully trained
- Mechanical assembly
- Use of both hand operated and pneumatic crimping equipment
- Soldering
- Digital Multi-meter to test and troubleshoot AC/DC electrical systems
- Use of torque wrench during assembly of critical bolts and fasteners
- Use of solvent tank to clean grease and residue from used parts
- Use of Ultrasonic tank with chemical
- Use of bead blaster to clean parts
- General cutting tools – Grinders, Dremel, hand drills
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in a number of software applications including.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
