Salary: Starting at $27.64/hour with potential increases based on experience and training

• Are you a skilled Electro/Mechanical Technician with welding experience looking for a stable, hands-on role with a consistent schedule and growth potential?

• Work a steady 1st shift schedule (7am–3pm) with weekend availability!

What your future day will look like:

• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues on production equipment
• Interpret technical drawings and schematics to install and repair mechanical systems
• Perform welding tasks using TIG, MIG, and arc techniques on various metals and alloys
• Install and maintain piping systems, equipment, and structural components
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Associates Degree in Mechatronics, Welding or other technical field is .
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools
• Ability to read and interpret construction and technical documents
• Experience welding carbon and stainless-steel pipe
• Skilled in soldering and brazing copper pipe
• AWS welding certification is a plus
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
