Key Responsibilities:

• Design and troubleshoot minor electrical circuits, PLCs, and electronic control systems for machines and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and verbal instructions to install and maintain equipment.
• Perform basic mechanical repairs and dismantle/replace electrical and mechanical parts such as brushes, motors, and armatures.
• Install and test electrical fixtures, including panels, breakers, motors, lighting, and conduit systems.
• Monitor and adjust the performance of installed equipment for safety, efficiency, and functionality.
• Maintain documentation via CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• May provide guidance to other team members in lower classifications.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field.
• 24 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power, water distribution, PLC programming, and hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with CMMS software and part lookup tools.
• Ability to work from technical drawings, schematics, and layouts.
