Location: Hope, Arkansas

Pay: Begin at $21/hour with an increase to $23.75/hour upon company roll‑over

Hours: Choose from Monday–Thursday 5:00 AM–2:00 PM or Monday–Thursday 2:00 PM–12:00 AM

Your mission

Keep production humming by solving complex mechanical and electrical challenges. From preventative tasks to urgent breakdowns, you’ll own equipment uptime and the orderliness of your workspace.

Imagine this scenario

A production cell stalls. You open the schematic, confirm power with your meter, isolate a failed component, and solder a clean fix. Next, you align a motor and gear reducer using precision tools, tune a pneumatic circuit, and document facility repairs—all while maintaining a safe, organized area.

What you’ll own

  • Maintenance and repair of machinery, electrical equipment, and production assets
  • Troubleshooting of gear reducers, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Electro‑mechanical installations and verification with precision measurement instruments
  • Reading electrical schematics; using electrical tools/meters; performing soldering
  • General building/facilities maintenance and housekeeping with a safety‑first mindset

What you bring

  • Strong reasoning, communication, organization, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of welding and proficiency with basic hand tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent ; manufacturing experience is helpful
  • Electrical experience ; decisive, timely problem‑solving under pressure
  • Availability to work any shift (including nights and weekends), plus holidays and overtime as needed
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
