Key Responsibilities:

• Skillfully use mechanical tools in the Quality department for efficient task completion.
• Utilize the Quality Response System and other management platforms efficiently.
• Handle the rework of items from the non-conforming warehouse, ensuring excellent execution and timeliness.
• Address and resolve non-conformances in materials to prevent operational setbacks.
• Operate a range of material handling devices, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Engage in thorough diagnostics and evaluations of products.
• Support a collaborative, communicative team environment for enhanced productivity.
• Follow rigorous safety protocols, ensuring a safe workspace for all.
• Utilize 5S principles for enhanced workflow and workspace cleanliness daily.
• Perform additional tasks as instructed by supervisors.

Qualification Requirements:

• Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience level of 2+ years or equivalent in education and experience in a similar field.
• Prior experience with electro-mechanical parts is an asset.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and diagnosis is .
• Proficiency in understanding electrical and mechanical properties and measurement units.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to handle various tools effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, notably Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Proven experience working in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong skills in preparing and managing routine reports.
• Excellent communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written capabilities.
• Exercising a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
• Effective time management to meet strict deadlines.
