Key Responsibilities:
- Skillfully use mechanical tools in the Quality department for efficient task completion.
- Utilize the Quality Response System and other management platforms efficiently.
- Handle the rework of items from the non-conforming warehouse, ensuring excellent execution and timeliness.
- Address and resolve non-conformances in materials to prevent operational setbacks.
- Operate a range of material handling devices, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Engage in thorough diagnostics and evaluations of products.
- Support a collaborative, communicative team environment for enhanced productivity.
- Follow rigorous safety protocols, ensuring a safe workspace for all.
- Utilize 5S principles for enhanced workflow and workspace cleanliness daily.
- Perform additional tasks as instructed by supervisors.
Qualification Requirements:
- Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience level of 2+ years or equivalent in education and experience in a similar field.
- Prior experience with electro-mechanical parts is an asset.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and diagnosis is .
- Proficiency in understanding electrical and mechanical properties and measurement units.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to handle various tools effectively.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, notably Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Proven experience working in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong skills in preparing and managing routine reports.
- Excellent communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written capabilities.
- Exercising a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
