What You Will Own
- Disassembly and assembly of turbines, pumps, and gearboxes per work instructions.
- Cleaning components to like-new condition and preserving critical surfaces.
- Inspecting parts against stated requirements; documenting and communicating findings.
- Performing hydrostatic tests to confirm fit and functionality.
- Ensuring all builds and tests meet specification and quality criteria.
- Collaborating across departments to ensure smooth information and data handoffs.
- Driving safety and quality at every step; promoting continuous improvement to eliminate defects.
Must Bring One of the Following
- A two-year technical degree in engineering technology, electronics, or a similar field; or
- At least two years of equivalent experience with electro-mechanical assemblies and testing in manufacturing, engineering, or R&D.
Schedule & Travel
- Overtime may be required.
- Travel up to 10% of working time.
Bonus Points
- Two-year technical degree (engineering technology, electronics, or related).
- Background with high/low voltage, electronics, plumbing, PLCs, HVAC, instrumentation, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Facilities and equipment maintenance exposure.

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay: $23.00 – $28.00. This represents a good-faith estimate of the anticipated base + bonus range. Final compensation is determined by relevant education, training, and experience, and may fall outside the range depending on circumstances.
