Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician - Job Summary
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to service our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance of manufacturing equipment that combines electrical circuitry with mechanical components. Goal is to reduce equipment downtime in manufacturing by performing preventive maintenance, calibrating sensors, resolving issues with robotics, electronic components, process controllers, hydraulic and mechanical systems. Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience performing maintenance work described above and responsiblies below:
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and diagnose root causes of equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools.
- Electrical Repair: Troubleshoot and replace motors, contactors, relays, digital multi-meters, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Mechanical Systems: Service and adjust mechanical assemblies, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict safety standards such as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA regulations. [1]

Maintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma, trade school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience .
- Working knowledge of electrical components, electricity, computers, PLC's and strong mechanical appitude.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Flexible schedule.
