Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician 

\n

This position has the responsibility and will be accountable for providing the necessary services to repair and maintain the facility and equipment, in order to enable production to produce products and meet customer and internal specifications with regard to quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness. The qualified candidate must have in depth troubleshooting skills .( Flexible Schedule Required AM/PM **Experience with Troubleshooting PLC-S ***)

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Follows all company and OSHA safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines. Situational awareness and identify unsafe behaviors and conditions
  • \n

  • Performs entry to mid-level break-fix & preventative maintenance. This includes but not limited to: adjusting functional parts of devices and control instruments to sustain and improve operations; repairing or replacing defective parts; reconditioning or repairing machine tools.
  • \n

  • Identifies needed parts, supplies, and repair items.
  • \n

    \n
  • Provides support and back up for other members of department as needed by leadership.
  • \n

  • Is aware of Maintenance Industry Standards.
  • \n

  • Understanding of GMP's, continuous improvement and Quality Control
  • \n

  • Assures compliance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
  • \n

  • Participates in CI activities - processes, results and cost savings.
  • \n

  • May be required to setup and operate simple machining operations including but not limited to lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. May perform basic welding tasks.
  • \n

  • Updates records and reviews CMMS history.
  • \n

  • Performs basic troubleshooting of control systems circuitry.
  • \n

ExperienceRequired

  • Candidate MUST Have:\n\nThe qualified candidate must have in depth troubleshooting PLC-S skills.\nCan read Multi Meter.\nExperience with electrical troubleshooting in industrial /manufacturing industry\nExperience with electrical equipment\nWilling to work overtime in flexible schedules\nGood Team Player\nMulti Tasker in fast paced environment \nMust Speak English
  • 2 year(s): Mechanical and/or electrical background
