What you’ll tackle

• Safety first—LOTO, GMP, Arc Flash, PPE, housekeeping, and OSHA compliance are non-negotiable.
• Keep plastics molding assets running: troubleshoot and repair blow molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and robots.
• Read and apply blueprints, manuals, and parts catalogs to resolve mechanical issues.
• Wire, assemble, install, and repair electrical/electronic components; pipe systems/plumbing; machinery and equipment.
• Install and service electrical apparatus (transformers, robots).
• Work with vendors to source spare parts and supplies.
• Perform weekly/monthly/annual PMs and EHS inspections; fix air leaks and eliminate recurring issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality standards.
• Jump in with other teams to close out open tasks and projects.

About you

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent). Five (5) years of related manufacturing maintenance experience and/or training ; at least 1 year of technical processing/maintenance/troubleshooting experience required.
• 18+ years of .
• Hands-on skill across electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs; excellent troubleshooting instincts.
• Self-sufficient and productive with minimal supervision; dependable and on time.
• Clear communicator: log issues and corrective actions for the next shift; collaborate respectfully plant-wide.
• Driven to improve safety, quality, production, continuous improvement, and employee relations.
• Professional, team-oriented demeanor; pride in a clean, well-maintained facility.
• Computer-literate (Microsoft Office); iPad experience a plus.
• Can lift up to 30 lbs and work in warm and cool temperatures.
